About Our Giveaways

We believe that every single Tesla vehicle owner deserves the best ownership experience possible, without exception. As such, we believe in giving back to the Tesla community through frequent premium membership giveaways.

Our contests, competitions, or drawings ("giveaways") are open to everyone and you do not need to be previously subscribed to participate. With this in mind, we still have to share the typical legal jargon. By participating in our giveaways, you acknowledge the following terms & conditions:

Entries

An individual may participate once per giveaway (whether content or drawing), unless otherwise stated.

Prizes

Our giveaways, held on Twitter, may provide a chance to win a prize based on a competition or random drawing. You acknowledge that the determination of competition winner(s) are decided solely by Teslascope. The winner(s) of drawings are based off a randomized algorithm and the chances of winning may increase accordingly to the number of participants.

We will announce winner(s) within fourteen (14) days after a giveaway concludes, unless otherwise stated.

Rules

You agree with the following giveaway rules:

  • Void Where Prohibited
    Some geographical locations or countries prohibit participation in giveaways. By participating, you attest that it is legal for you to do so.
  • Release and Waiver
    By participating, you agree to release, discharge and hold Teslascope harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, injuries or damages associated with participation in our giveaways or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize received in our giveaways. You agree to waive all rights to claim punitive, indirect, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate.
  • Liability
    Teslascope is not responsible for any errors in the operation or administration of a giveaway, including, but not limited to, our selection of any winner, errors in any published material related to the giveaway, technical malfunctions, or the inability to participate in a giveaway for any reason.
