What is the difference between vehicle tiers?
When you first add a vehicle, it is automatically enrolled in our "Community" tier, which provides access to software update recording, self-driving metrics (for AI4 vehicles), and streams very basic information about your vehicle. This tier is free, forever, and great if you want to passively contribute software deployment information for the global fleet or participate in our leaderboards (completely optional)!
Our Plus and Pro tiers unlock additional capabilities for your vehicles including realtime recording of your driving and charging sessions, vehicle health telemetry, and automations.
Both paid tiers also provide access to a trove of unique features on our platform such as customizable vehicle URLs (for sharing with friends and family), early access to new features and more.
