Update 6.0.6

OAuth and Developer Improvements

Based on feedback, we've improved support for mobile apps that use custom schemes such as mobileapp://oauth/callback.

We've also added support for Public OAuth apps, eliminating the need for mobile and desktop apps from shipping with a client secret. Existing apps can switch to to public via the Developer Platform.

Lastly, we've added support for optional PKCE, enabling additional security for developers.
