Annual Subscriptions

You can now directly subscribe to an annual Plus or Pro subscription.

Previously, this required first subscribing to monthly and painstakingly switching to annual through Stripe's customer portal. Now this is handled entirely in-house!

We've also added new options for switching from monthly to annual.

Note: Due to current limitations (and logistical billing nightmares), a vehicle that is subscribed to an annual subscription can not revert back to monthly. If you wish to switch to monthly, please unsubscribe and wait for the subscription to end and then re-subscribe afterward.

Don't worry, you will still have access to all premium features for the remainder of the billing cycle year.

Notice

We are finalizing the visual design of Self-Driving metrics on driving sessions for Pro vehicles and we expect this to be available by tomorrow.

Bug Fixes

• Leaderboards now use a custom name when provided via Vehicle Settings > Identity.
• Resolved an issue causing vehicle updates to not be recorded as expected.
• Resolved an issue causing vehicle versions to not be recorded as expected.
• Fixed self driving calculations on driving sessions for vehicles subscribed to Pro.

Technical

• Reduced basic vehicle polling frequency to only check for changes once the vehicle is asleep.
• Optimized cache handling to prune unaccessed profile and group models sooner.
